Privacy Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

Please avoid entering names, employer-confidential information, medical details, financial account information, or other highly sensitive personal data into CandidCue.

Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and account authentication information through our service provider. When you use CandidCue, we process the workplace situation and preferences you provide to generate guidance. If you save a plan, the plan and related information are stored with your account.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve CandidCue, generate personalized conversation plans, save and retrieve your plans, maintain security, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable law.

Service Providers

CandidCue uses third-party providers for authentication, secure data storage, app infrastructure, and AI-generated guidance. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to CandidCue.

Retention and Deletion

Saved plans remain available until you delete them or delete your account. You may delete your CandidCue account from the Account tab in the app. Account deletion removes your account and associated saved plans, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

CandidCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may choose not to save a generated plan, delete saved plans, or delete your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as CandidCue changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
