This website was created as a project for ETEC 511: Foundations of Educational Technology that tasked us to develop a proof of concept for a 'usable' learning tool. After reflection and research we found that Canadian curriculum was, for the most part, inaccessible to many audiences who could benefit from better understanding the goals and objectives of public education. Additionally, there were many inconsistencies across the nation in terms of how curriculum education was presented online. Using B.C.'s curriculum website as a guideline and combining other beneficial attributes from other provinces' and territories' websites, we have developed this website in an effort to show the value of making curriculum information targeted and accessible to all those involved.
