IMPORTANT: THIS IS A SEASONAL LAKE AND IS DRAINED FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO APRIL 1. LAKE LEVELS CAN BE QUITE LOW TOWARDS THE END OF THE SUMMER AND IN DROUGHT YEARS. LAKE GRASSES WILL BEGIN TO FILL IN TOWARDS THE END OF THE SUMMER.
CABIN RATES;
2 night minimum; 3 night minimum over any holiday that creates a 3 day weekend.
Summer Rates: Apr 1-Oct 31; $140/night; $900/week.
Winter Rates: Nov 1-Mar 31; $125/night; $750/week.
Holiday Rates from Nov 22-27 and Dec 20-Jan 1; or any Holiday that creates a 3 day weekend.
Holiday Rates $140/night.
Cleaning Fee is $65.
Pet fee is $15/dog, 2 dog maximum/per stay
10% Transient Occupancy Tax collected on the total for all rentals less than 30 days.
There is no winter garbage service.
