This is not DND. DND is fun, but is mainly for verbal roleplaying with a dm who tells you the setting, scene, and where you are with you reacting with a action or voice. DND is fun and exciting verbally, but on paper and written out it looks boring as hell and lazy.
In this, you need to set your scene. You need to describe your actions. This done effectively takes at least 3 lines of writing. You are doing everything, write down what your character does. If you're having trouble coming up with what to type. Just literally type what they're doing.
This is much more boring in written form: 'Tony looked around camp and started to freak out. He began yelling "calm down, you just need to calm down." '
Where as this is more exciting and engaging to read: ' Tony woke up, scared and unsure of where he was. His eyes widen with confusion and shock as he just didn't understand, nor describe what just happened. He jumped out of bed, pushing the covers aside, but his head began pounding from the rush of the blood coursing through him. He leaning on the need as he started to take deep breaths. "Calm down, you just need to calm down." He said in a soft tone, not realizing there was someone else in the room with him, staring at him. '
Seriously, if someone asks you to stop, stop. There some words that can be triggering, there are some topics that aren't for all eyes. Please be kind to your fellow roleplayers.
Also, there are a lot of times when the admins might be making decisions within the room. If you disagree with their decision, don’t be rude and keep arguing with them. They have likely thought over their choices and picked what they believe to be best.
Based on the works of Rick Riordan, this roleplay follows the story of Greek and Roman mythology.* You can roleplay as anyone; monster, demigods, mortals, gods, etc. Please be creative with your characters.
*Note: In special cases, children of other pantheons have been known to wander through camp half-blood.

I would like to point out that while The Big Three have many children in the old stories, the Oath that is mentioned in The Lightning Thief is still in effect. This oath was made back at the end of WWII, where Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades made an oath to never had children again. (If you have read the series, you well know that this promise was note kept.) In our chat, we want to try and be as free as possible while sticking to the story. We have a limit on how many Big Three kids there can be in our room. Our limit is three each. On that note, THERE ARE MORE THAN JUST TWELVE GODS.Guys, there are hundreds of gods and goddesses to choose from. If you go here you can see them all. You can be a child of nearly any of these. There’s so many to choose from! SO MANY. Picking one of the more minor gods also lets you have more creativity with your character and their powers. You can’t be a child of Titans, and make sure you look up the goddesses to make sure they’re not a virgin goddess. But other than that, you have so many creative choices. Don’t stick to just being the normal same old 12 gods and goddesses.
Yes. We have limits on each god or goddess that enters the room. If we get too many of the same god, things get confusing and boring. The same can go for number of characters. Please keep your characters to 2-3 per person. This allows for the use of characters over time to ensure that they keep "play time" and are not just left on the side of the bench, waiting for their chance to get on the field. We want you to thoroughly develop your character. The idea of excitement and new things should be reason enough for you guys to pick some different things.
The Greeks and Romans were not boring people. Make sure you have fun with this roleplay and make this an adventure of a lifetime!
