When Jason Grace was revealed to be a Roman demigod, Camp Half-Blood nearly revolted with the news. Since then, the Greeks and Romans have been on relatively equal grounds; at peace, one might say.
But that's not the case for everyone. Thirty years can be a long time.
Camp Half-blood may be a safe haven, but despite the fairly peaceful times, recent developments between the Greeks and Romans have been anything but.
In fact, a quest has not been issued by the Oracle, Rachel Elizabeth Dare, is nearly five years.
If the Roman demigods were bad news, the arrival of a new demigods of the Norse and Japanese gods can sure arose some questions and well voiced concerns.
But the Spirit of Delphi has been relatively quiet. The Greek gods themselves have remained fairly quiet, something that is strange and hasn't happened since Gaea attempted to take over the world.
Not only have new demigods of different pantheons appeared, but demigods that were thought to be long gone returned to camp. Chiron isn't the only one to suspect something fishy happening.
As if the Oracle knew what was happening, a prophecy was spoken one night at a campfire. The camp has gone into panic. What does it mean for the future of Camp Half-Blood, the Greeks, the Norse, Romans, and the Japanese?
Life as the camp knew it was about to change...
"A group shall find their way east.
A young girl will choose war over peace.
A stranger shall become an enemy to all
Beloved by all, one must fall
A cowardly leader leave all to pass
Fire will find comfort at last. "
