PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For this project, my partner and I researched different countries to learn about their technology, including technological advancements, current challenges, relevance, and digital inclusion. We each completed an individual report on our assigned country and collaboratively created a PowerPoint presentation comparing and contrasting its technologies

Interesting Facts
Brazil had approximately 217 million active cellular mobile connections in early 2025 equivalent to 102% of its population. This means many people have more than one mobile connection, such as separate phones or SIM cards for personal and work use.
It's interesting because Brazil has more active mobile connections than people. Having 217 million mobile connections for a population of about 213 million means many Brazilians use more than one phone or SIM card, often keeping separate numbers for work and personal use. This shows how deeply mobile technology is integrated into daily life and how important smartphones are for communication, banking, education, shopping, and business. It also highlights Brazil's rapid digital growth, even though the country still faces challenges with equal access to technology in some communities.

Singapore's sees AI as a global leader.
I find this interesting because Singapore's leadership in artificial intelligence shows how a country can shape the future by investing in innovation instead of relying only on natural resources or size. It highlights the importance of planning ahead and embracing emerging technologies to improve the economy, create new opportunities, and solve complex challenges. It also makes me wonder how other countries will adapt as AI continues to transform the way people live, work, and learn.

Lessons Learned
After completing this project, I learned that although technology and the internet are used around the world, not everyone has access to the same opportunities and resources. It made me realize that every country has its own unique challenges and advancements, and even when two places have similar technology, the way people access and use it can be very different. My partner and I collaborated effectively by exchanging phone numbers so we could communicate throughout the project. We each completed our individual research first, then worked together to combine our findings into a well-organized PowerPoint presentation, allowing us to compare and contrast our countries.
