• Production: Kept the office organized, inventory accounted for, and took up requested runs and tasks on an as needed basis.  

• Segment Research/ Footage, and General Research: Documented previous appearances of the upcoming guests that have been on the show, found out unique information the team can use for interviews, and sent interesting articles that the writers can create material from.  

• House Band: Assured that the House Band’s green rooms are up to standards for their arrivals.  Distributed necessary materials to the musicians for rehearsal and pre show.  After the show, they were reassured that their performance space was prepared for the next day.  

• Talent/ Music Talent:  Created a welcoming environment in the greenrooms before the guests arrived.  Worked together with the talent team for smooth arrivals.  Attended to the talent's requests on an as needed basis to ensure that they have a well catered experience. 

• Field: Worked with the field team to have an efficient shoot by assisting the Production Assistants, completed requested tasks, and accompanied the talent to their locations and outside green rooms.

• Completing tasks including organizing and distributing set design plans to the Production Designers, Art Directors, Set Decorators, and Set Building team.

• Learning each day the details of what a Production Designer’s role entails, whether it's from model making to going down to the sets/locations and doing the final touches.  

• Managing task oriented duties of each set with organizing the set stills, listing the time stamps of new sets and old sets, and recording the necessary details requested from the Production Designers/ Directors.
