WELCOME TO CAMERA TECH!
Serving Photographers Since 1978
Camera Tech repairs digital and film cameras of all kinds. Some are everyday working tools. Others are older cameras that have been stored due to a lack of time, or family heirlooms ready to be brought back into use.
Many cameras simply need service. Others need careful repair. The only way to know what a camera needs is to see it in person, and that is how every repair here begins.
Nothing is decided online. No repair is guessed at. Each camera is examined at the bench and given a fair estimate.
Every camera or lens is evaluated in person by Mike.
The entire process is straightforward. You bring your camera or lens into the shop during business hours, and it is inspected hands-on at the bench. Then you are given a clear explanation of what is going on, the next step, and an accurate estimate of fees.
Some issues are obvious right away. Others may take time, testing, or research. If more time is needed before an estimate can be given, this is explained before any work begins.
Camera Tech commonly services the following:
Digital cameras
Film cameras
Lenses
CLA services
Mechanical and electronic issues
If something is unusual, that is fine! It simply needs to be seen in person.
Camera Tech is a one technician shop. All repairs are performed in house by Mike.
If you bring a camera in, the person who looks at it is the person who works on it. Questions are answered directly. Explanations are given clearly. There is no handoff and no mystery about who handled your equipment.
Serving photographers since 1978 means this work has been done for a long time, one camera at a time.
Estimates are free and done in person.
Phone and online estimates are not offered.
