Camera repair is not guesswork. It begins with seeing the camera in person, examining it carefully, and understanding what is actually happening inside.

At Camera Tech, every estimate is based on hands on inspection at the workbench. This is the only way to evaluate a camera accurately and the only way we operate.

How Evaluation Works

Cameras are precision machines with mechanical, electronic, and optical systems working together. A visible issue is often only part of the picture.

Every camera is evaluated in person to identify underlying problems, worn components, or related issues that may not be obvious at first glance.

Nothing is decided online. Nothing is assumed. Each repair begins with a careful inspection and an honest assessment of what the camera needs.

Why Estimates Are Not Given By Phone

A single symptom can have multiple causes, and no two cameras fail in the same way. Without seeing the camera, any number given is a guess.

Camera Tech does not provide phone or online estimates because accuracy matters more than speed. The goal is to give you real answers, not convenient ones.

How To Get an Estimate

Bring your camera or lens to the shop during business hours. No appointment is required.

Mike will examine the equipment, explain what he finds, and discuss the available options. If repair is recommended, you will receive a clear estimate before any work begins, and you decide how to proceed.
