The HOA will host its Annual Meeting in the Rose Garden on Saturday, June 14, 2024. All are welcome. New Board members will be elected.
Being a Member of the HOA gives you the right to vote in the 2024-2026 HOA Board election. In accordance with our By-Laws, one vote is permitted per household.
HOA elections take place June 15th at the Annual Meeting. Our Bylaws allow us to have 13 Board members. Based on current terms, there will 11 open seats on the Board for the 2024 election. Below are the biographies of those elected to serve our community.
If you are interested in joining our Board and being involved in our community, please contact a member of our Board. There will be a point where nominations can come from the floor. The individual being nominated must acknowledge that they are willing to serve. The only qualification to serve on the HOA Board is that you must be a member of the HOA.
All election ballots will be verified against the current HOA Membership roster. Residents had until Monday, May 31, 2024 to submit their Membership dues in order for their ballot to be counted in the election. An election ballot will be posted here as we get closer to the elections.
