Why join the HOA? 

1. Protect your investment and our Community's property values.  (See Dover Arbitration case under Neighborhood News for more details).

   • Did you know that if ELS decided to sell or rezone our community for other use,  depending on the age of your home:  DEMHRA (Delaware Relocation & Trust Authority).  This is part of the $2.50 that you pay each month as part of your ground rent.  You would receive funds to help reduce the cost of moving your home. 

   • If ELS decides to sell, we the homeowners have the "Right of First Refusal".  This means that ELS must present the offer to our HOA and as a community, we would have the right to purchase the property.  In order for this to happen, our HOA must be organized and have the support of the entire community.

3. Open line of communication that keeps you informed of what is happening in the community.  

4. Find support when you have issues or a place to turn when you have questions.

5. Automatic Membership in the state organization – DMHOA.org 

   • $4 of your dues goes to DMHOA!

The Camelot Meadows HOA Membership dues as follows:

🔹 One (1) year membership - $20.00

🔹 Two (2) year membership - $30.00

The Membership dues help fund the Social Events that the HOA hosts throughout the Camelot Community.  Membership dues also help protect the rights and livelihood of every resident in Camelot Meadows.  Membership terms will begin July 1 of each year. New or expired memberships paid prior to the July 1 effective date will be given a "free membership" until July 1 when the term begins.  Membership dues help protect the rights and livelihood of every resident in Camelot Meadows. Membership in the HOA gives you voting rights at the Annual Board Meeting. If you are not a member we ask that you consider joining. Please note that if you are currently not a member of the HOA, membership dues must be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual meeting.
