CIRCULAR (CLASS PS-VIII)

FINAL TERM DATESHEET(2019-20)

Dear Parent

The Final Term examination will commence from 29th February, 2020. The date sheet for regular exam schedule and checkpoint examination for Class V & VIII is attached. Please note the following points:

·         Timings of the school from 17.2.2020 to 13.3.2020 will be 7:50am to 12:10pm. Students of Pre-School & students of Pre-Primary will follow usual time of 8:30am to 12:50pm/1:30pm.

·         Class I, II will be working as per time specified (7:50am to 12:10pm) till 13.3.20.

·         Result of Classes PS-IV, VI-VII will be declared on 28.3.2020(8:00am to 10:00am).

·         Result of Class V, VIII will be declared on 14.4.2020 (8:00am to 9:00am).

·         Class IX section will be given on the day of result(14.04.2020)

·         Class V, VIII will get a diagnostic Individual learners’ response, average and comparative performance, cumulative frequency graphs from Cambridge Assessment International Education besides, the Final Term Report Card.

·         COMPULSORY: Block teaching for Class V, VIII Check Point Examination will be from 30th March, 2020 from 8:00am to 11:00am. Parents have to drop and pick the child.

·         New session will begin from 30th March, 2020 for Class I to VIII and 31st March, 2020 for Class PS & PP.

·         27th and 28th February, 2020 will be Preparatory holiday for Class V to VIII.

·         28th and 29th February, 2020 will be Preparatory holiday for Class III & IV.

Dear Parent                                                                                                                                        

Cambridge Assessment International Education DAVPS, Pushpanjali Enclave students will appear for Mid Term Examination from 11th September, 2019. The date sheet for the same has been attached. Please note following points:

·         The Timings of the school from 6th September to 23rd September will be 7.50 am to 12.15 pm. The time for arrival of bus at the bus stand may vary as per number of students in bus and other reasons,  please adjust accordingly.

·         10th, 11th September will be preparatory holiday for class 3,4.Regular Classes till 9th September

(Timings 7:50am - 12:15pm)

·         9th,10th September will be preparatory holiday for classes 5th to 8th.

·         No examination will be conducted again. In case of absentee, the case will be discussed as per earlier performance and progression Report be prepared accordingly.

·         Class PS to Class 2 will have regular time table followed in the time schedule of 7:50am to 12:15pm.

·         Result of all classes PS to VIII will be declared on   5th October 2019(8:30am to 10:30am).

Dear Parent

The Final Term examination will commence from 18th February, 2019. Class PP to Class II will follow full working day as per time mentioned till 12th March, 2019. Class III to IV will follow regular time table till 25th February, 2019. Class V-VII will follow regular time table till 22nd February, 2019.

23rd February, 2019 being 4th Saturday will be off for all.

Timings for classes (I-VIII) will be 7:50a.m. to 12:00 noon from 18th February, 2019 to 12th March, 2019. Timings of class Pre Primary will be same as usual (8:20a.m. to 12:50p.m.) till the last working day of the session i.e.  12th March, 2019. Buses will ply accordingly. Uniform, books and stationary for the new session will be made available in the school canteen on the day of result.

Result of Classes PP-VII will be declared on 25th March, 2019(Monday).

New session for all classes PP-VIII will be from 28th March, 2019(Thursday).

SEPTEMBER 2018-19

Dear Parent,

The half yearly assessment is round the corner. The date sheet for the same has been attached. The days in between the exams will be Preparatory holidays. Students must be in proper school uniform and those with Medical Problem must submit Medical Certificate for non-attendance during examination. As there is continuous assessment for class Pre-School, Pre Primary, I and II, the classes will be working on all days. The timings of the school from 17th September, 2018 to 29th September, 2018 will be 7:50 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Buses will ply accordingly.

Result for half yearly examination of classes (Class III to VIII) will be declared on 13th October 2018(Saturday), 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Result of Class Pre-School, Pre-Primary, I, II will be discussed on 22nd September, 2018(Saturday).
