CBSE-i (APRIL,2016)

Earth Day (22nd April) is a launch pad for course- changing, positive environmental action. Students of the Class I-VII CBSE-i, expressed their regard and concern for Mother Earth by participating most enthusiastically in various competitions organized. Class I, II students dressed as tree, flower, mountain and felt so proud representing nature and recited a poem on the same theme as part of poem recitation competition. Class III, IV took to writing in good round hand as part of calligraphy competition. Class VI, VII, VII spoke fluently and most confidently putting forth their views on the topic-‘Human Beings-The Harbinger of Earth’. Parents were called as judges in all the competitions, who appreciated the effort of the students.

   CBSE i

To mark World Health Day, a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO), students of CBSE i participated in an aerobics session organized by Primary Plus on 12th April, 2016 in the school ground. Students of Class M-U.K.G to VII cbse i exercised enthusiastically and rhythmically with Mr. Sandeep, the Aerobics Instructor from Primary Plus, the Monthly Newsletter. All the students enjoyed themselves and learned the importance of good health. The students were encouraged to focus on bringing healthy food in their lunch box and to maintain hygiene while eating. They were told the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle with exercise as a major requisite of it.
