Private Front Pasture (Pending)

$900 / Month for One Horse

$1500/ / Month for Two Horses

This pasture is reserved for one owner at a time. Whether you house one horse or two (from the same owner), you'll have the pasture entirely to yourself. The exception is if your horse gets along well with a neighboring horse and would like a daytime friend.

• Solar powered fans and hooks for hay nets in the 12x12 three-sided shelter

• Shares a double fence line on one side with our neighbor and her well-behaved horses, so your horse(s) always have regular equine company nearby.

A stall will always be made available for injury or illness requiring restricted stall rest.

Shared Back Pastures (Accepting Interest Forms for Waitlist)

$1,200 / Month

Horses in the back pastures are intended to live as part of our small mixed herd, currently made up of two mares and one gelding. 

We welcome mares or geldings who are mature, barefoot, age 12 or older, 15.1h or under, and have a proven history of living peacefully in a mixed herd. This setup is best suited to a quiet, sensible, easygoing horse who enjoys equine companionship and is comfortable sharing turnout space and resources with others. 

Each horse also has a dedicated personal 12x12 stall in our barn when needed, which includes:

• Fan, hay net & manger, water & feed buckets, halter hook, and supply basket

• Mucking and refreshed stall bedding, as needed

We prioritize turnout and outdoor living, using the stall as part of daily routines, for weather-related shelter, or whenever a horse requires it.

Optional Feed Add-On: For sand clearing, we recommend daily chia seeds.  We are happy to include this in your horse’s breakfast each day for $15/month if you’d like.
