Step One:
To find out if we’re the right fit, complete our interest form.
Why do we use an interest form?
We know it might feel a little odd to have to fill out a form to get started, but we’ve found it’s the best way to set everyone up for success.
Because we operate in a small, close-knit environment, every horse and human has a meaningful impact on the overall rhythm, atmosphere, and harmony of the farm. Our interest form helps us get to know you and your horse so we can ensure that care, personalities, and expectations all align before anyone commits.
Step Two:
We'll reach out to schedule a tour.
Because we currently have only one owner spot available and receive a steady number of inquiries, we work with prospective residents one at a time.
If your needs appear to be a good fit, we’ll reach out in the order your interest form was received and give you a non-rushed opportunity to visit, ask questions, and decide whether you’d like to move forward before scheduling a tour with the next prospective resident.
Submitting the interest form in step one essentially places you on our tour waitlist.
Note: Cambria Stables is a small, private, family-operated farm. To ensure our time at the farm remains focused on the horses and their care, we cannot accommodate frequent tours and schedule visits only when it is your turn to actively consider the farm.
Please don’t hesitate to visit our FAQ, which may answer your question, or reach out to us on Facebook Messenger if you need anything else.
Step Three:
After your tour, please take time to decide if our farm feels right for you and your horse.
If you would like to move forward, send us a message on Facebook or email us at cambria.stables.fl@gmail.com to let us know!
Step Four:
Paperwork & Planning
Look for a message from us with a link to fill out our Horse & Owner Welcome Form, which helps us prepare your Horse Care & Residency Agreement. In the form, you’ll be able to:
Share your intended start date so we can coordinate your horse’s arrival
Tell us more about you and your horse including emergency info and medical history
Choose your stall plate customization as a welcome gift
Submit health records (current negative Coggins and most recent vaccination records)
Once we have your Horse & Owner Welcome Form, we’ll prepare your Horse Care & Residency Agreement and send it over for signing.
Step Five:
We’ll schedule your arrival and start preparing for you and your horse to join us!
