As RMR President Lowell Didas mentioned in his article in this issue of The Callboard, Michelle Kempema is 'recharging' the Northern Colorado division. 

Michelle is very well-known to the model railroad community - not only is she executive director of the Colorado Model Railroad Museum, division superintendent for the Northern Colorado division, but she is also a passionate advocate for Women in Model Railroading.
