Northern Utah

It seems as if there is so much good stuff going on with our Division that it is as if Christmas has been continued!

Firstly, the Northern Utah Division has signed a contract with the South Towne Expo Center to host our annual November division train show.  We have outgrown the Fairpark and this venue will provide many advantages for us.  We look forward to another great show next November.

Secondly, we have entered into an agreement with the Children's Museum at Gateway to restore an HO layout which will be used for advertising.  We also will move our monthly events to the Museum where will be able to paint, etc., as well as expose the kids and general public to model railroading.  We view this move as a huge step forward for the Division.

A last item of general interest is a Northern Utah Division/NMRA golf shirt.  The shirt will be beige in color and will have a pocket.  The logo will be embroidered on the left side of the shirt front.  My estimate is that the cost will be in the $25 range.
