I have served as Senior Pastor at First United Methodist Church of Caldwell, Kansas, since 2019. I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and spiritual leadership to my community. I am a current student at St. Paul’s School of Theology in the Couse of Study program designed for United Methodist pastors.

I’m a seasoned educator, organizational development specialist, and faith leader with 30 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising strategy, and organizational leadership. I specialize in building cultures of philanthropy, increasing donor engagement, and aligning internal teams around shared values and strategic goals.

I hold a Doctorate in Management with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University, where my dissertation, Successful Fundraising Through Improved Organizational Climate, explored the intersection of organizational culture and philanthropic success. I have also earned dual Master of Science degrees in Business Management and Project Management, and a Bachelor of Arts from Tennessee Temple University.

As an educator, I’ve taught graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, ethics, organizational behavior, project management, and operations at institutions including Tabor College, Southwestern College Professional Studies, and the University of Phoenix, equipping future leaders with the tools to thrive in mission-driven environments.

I am committed to service beyond the classroom and pulpit. I have served as Board Chairman for Campus Kids Ministries, Inc., Advisory Board Member for Wichita State University’s Educational Advisory Board and held leadership roles in the Kansas Professional Grant Association and Bishop’s Round-Up Against Hunger. I am a long-standing member of the Rotary Club of Wichita.
