מדיניות פרטיות — קל-קאונטר+AI

ברוכים הבאים לקל-קאונטר+AI ("האפליקציה"). האפליקציה פותחה על ידי אייל ("המפתח"). מדיניות פרטיות זו מסבירה כיצד האפליקציה אוספת, משתמשת ושומרת על המידע שלך.

1. הגדרות

• המפתח — אייל, יוצר ומפתח האפליקציה.

• אפליקציה / שירות — אפליקציית קל-קאונטר+AI.

• מידע אישי — מידע שניתן לשייך לאדם מסוים.

• מידע בריאות — נתוני משקל, תזונה ופעילות גופנית.

• מכשיר — הטלפון, הטאבלט או המחשב שדרכו אתה משתמש באפליקציה.

• אתה / משתמש — כל אדם המשתמש באפליקציה.

2. מבוא 

🔒 קל-קאונטר+AI מאמינה בפרטיות מלאה: המידע שלך נשמר על המכשיר וגם בענן מאובטח לצורך גיבוי וסנכרון בין מכשירים .

3. המידע שנאסף

האפליקציה אוספת ושומרת את המידע הבא אותו אתה מזין באופן ידני:

• פרטים אישיים: גיל, מין, גובה, משקל נוכחי ומשקל יעד

• יעדי תזונה: יעד קלורי יומי, כמויות חלבון, פחמימות ושומן

• רשומות תזונה יומיות: ארוחות, מזונות וערכים תזונתיים

• רשומות משקל: היסטוריית שינויי משקל

• נתוני פעילות גופנית: רמת פעילות ויעדי אימון

4. התחברות וזיהוי

האפליקציה מאפשרת התחברות באמצעות חשבון Google (Google Sign-In) או אימייל וסיסמה. שירותי האימות מסופקים על ידי Google LLC בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם. 

5. אופן האחסון

הנתונים נשמרים גם על המכשיר (לגישה מהירה וללא אינטרנט) וגם בענן באמצעות Firebase Firestore של Google LLC  באמצעות אחסון מאובטח. המידע אינו נגיש למפתח האפליקציה או לכל צד שלישי.

6. עיבוד בינה מלאכותית

חישובי היעדים התזונתיים באפליקציה מבוססים על אלגוריתמים מקומיים. במידה ותכונות מסוימות ידרשו תקשורת עם שירות AI חיצוני, הדבר יפורט בבירור ויחייב את הסכמתך המפורשת מראש.

7. נתוני בריאות

האפליקציה מטפלת בנתוני בריאות רגישים (משקל, תזונה, פעילות גופנית). נתונים אלו נשמרים על המכשיר ובענן מאובטח של Google Firebase. הנתונים מוצפנים ומוגנים.  אנו נוקטים באמצעי אבטחה סבירים להגנה על מידע זה מפני גישה בלתי מורשית.

8. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים

האפליקציה אינה משתפת, מוכרת, מעבירה או מגלה את מידע המשתמשים לצדדים שלישיים כלשהם, למעט במקרים הבאים:

• כאשר נדרש על פי חוק או צו בית משפט

• לצורך הגנה על בטיחות המשתמשים או אבטחת המערכת

9. זכויות המשתמש

למשתמש שמורות הזכויות הבאות:

• עיון — לעיין בכל המידע השמור על המכשיר דרך ממשק האפליקציה

• תיקון — לערוך ולעדכן מידע בכל עת ישירות באפליקציה

• מחיקה — למחוק כל מידע שמור, מלא או חלקי, מתוך האפליקציה

• תלונה — להגיש תלונה לרשות הגנת הפרטיות בישראל

10. מחיקת נתונים

מחיקת החשבון מוחקת את כל הנתונים גם מהמכשיר וגם מהענן. הסרת האפליקציה בלבד מוחקת נתונים מקומיים אך לא מהענן . אין אפשרות לשחזר נתונים לאחר המחיקה. מומלץ לגבות מידע חשוב לפני הסרת האפליקציה.

11. שמירת נתונים

המידע נשמר על המכשיר שלך כל עוד האפליקציה מותקנת. עם הסרת האפליקציה, הנתונים המקומיים נמחקים. נתוני הענן נשמרים עד למחיקת החשבון. 

12. אבטחה

אנו מיישמים אמצעי אבטחה סבירים להגנה על המידע השמור במכשירך. יחד עם זאת, יש לציין כי אין אפשרות להבטיח הגנה מוחלטת. אחריותך לשמור על המכשיר שלך מאובטח. הנתונים מוצפנים בעת העברה לענן. כל משתמש ניגש רק לנתונים שלו באמצעות Firebase Security Rules 

13. פרטיות קטינים

האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לאנשים מתחת לגיל 18. אנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים. אם נודע לנו על איסוף מידע כזה, הוא יימחק מיידית.

14. שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות

המפתח שומר לעצמו את הזכות לעדכן מדיניות זו בכל עת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו לפחות 30 יום מראש בדף האפליקציה בחנות Google Play. המשך שימוש באפליקציה לאחר כניסת השינויים לתוקף מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

15. צדדים שלישיים 

הנתונים מועברים ל-Google LLC בלבד לצורך אחסון מאובטח בענן ואימות משתמשים דרך Firebase. הנתונים אינם נמכרים או משותפים לצרכי פרסום.

Welcome to Kal-Counter+AI ("the App"). The App was developed by Eyal ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Definitions

• Developer — Eyal, creator and developer of the App.

• App / Service — The Kal-Counter+AI application.

• Personal Data — Any information that can be associated with a specific individual.

• Health Data — Weight, nutrition, and physical activity data.

• Device — The phone, tablet, or computer through which you use the App.

• You / User — Any person using the App.

2. Introduction

🔒 Kal-Counter+AI is committed to full privacy: your data is stored on your device and in a secure cloud for backup and cross-device sync 

3. Information Collected

The App collects and stores the following information that you manually enter:

• Personal details: age, gender, height, current weight, and target weight

• Nutrition goals: daily calorie target, protein, carbohydrates, and fat amounts

• Daily nutrition logs: meals, foods, and nutritional values

• Weight records: weight change history

• Physical activity data: activity level and workout goals

4. Authentication 

The App supports sign-in via Google Account or email and password. Authentication is provided by Google LLC under their Privacy Policy. 

5. Storage Method 

Data is stored both on your device (for fast, offline access) and in the cloud via Google LLC's Firebase Firestore  using secure on-device storage. Your data is not accessible to the Developer or any third party.

6. Artificial Intelligence Processing

The App's nutritional goal calculations are based on local algorithms. If any future features require communication with an external AI service, this will be clearly disclosed and will require your explicit prior consent.

7. Health Data

The App handles sensitive health data (weight, nutrition, physical activity). This data is stored on your device and in Google Firebase's secure cloud. Data is encrypted and protected. We implement reasonable security measures to protect this data from unauthorized access.

8. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The App does not share, sell, transfer, or disclose user information to any third parties, except:

• When required by law or court order

• To protect the safety of users or the security of the system

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access — View all data stored on your device through the App's interface

• Correction — Edit and update your information at any time directly in the App

• Deletion — Delete any stored data, fully or partially, from within the App

• Complaint — File a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority

10. Data Deletion

Deleting your account removes all data from both your device and the cloud. Uninstalling the app only removes local data but does not delete cloud data . Data cannot be recovered after deletion. We recommend backing up any important information before uninstalling.

11. Data Retention

Data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed. Upon uninstalling, local data is deleted. Cloud data is retained until the account is deleted.

12. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the data stored on your device. However, no method of protection can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Data is encrypted in transit to the cloud. Each user can only access their own data via Firebase Security Rules 

13. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, the data will be deleted immediately.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Developer reserves the right to update this policy at any time. For material changes, at least 30 days' advance notice will be provided on the App's page in the Google Play Store. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

15. Third Parties 

Data is transmitted only to Google LLC for secure cloud storage and user authentication via Firebase. Data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
