בחירות פרטיות — קל-קאונטר+AI

ב-קל-קאונטר+AI, פרטיותך היא עדיפות עליונה. המידע שלך נשמר על המכשיר וגם בענן מאובטח לצורך גיבוי וסנכרון בין מכשירים  — ולכן יש לך שליטה מלאה ומיידית עליו, בכל עת, ישירות מהאפליקציה.

1. ניהול מידע אישי

📌 כמשתמש, ביכולתך בכל עת:

• לצפות בכל המידע האישי שנשמר — דרך הגדרות האפליקציה

• לערוך ולעדכן פרטים אישיים, יעדים תזונתיים ורשומות

• למחוק מידע חלקי — הסר ארוחות, רשומות משקל או נתוני פעילות ספציפיים

• למחוק את כל הנתונים — מחיקת החשבון מוחקת את כל המידע מהמכשיר ומהענן 

🔒 אין צורך לשלוח בקשה לאף גורם — הנתונים שלך מאובטחים ומוגנים .

2. אין איסוף אנליטיקה או מעקב

🔧 בניגוד לאפליקציות אחרות — קל-קאונטר+AI אינה אוספת נתוני שימוש, אינה עוקבת אחר פעולותיך ומעבירה מידע ל-Google Firebase בלבד לצורך אחסון מאובטח .

• ❌ אין מעקב אנליטי

• ❌ אין פרסום ממוקד

• ❌ אין שיתוף נתונים עם צדדים שלישיים

• ❌ אין תקשורות שיווקיות ללא הסכמתך

3. התחברות ואימות

• האפליקציה מאפשרת התחברות באמצעות חשבון Google או אימייל וסיסמה. שירותי האימות מסופקים על ידי Google LLC. הנתונים מועברים ל-Google Firebase בלבד ואינם משותפים לכל גורם אחר. 

4. בקרת שיתוף נתונים

🔍 פשוט וברור: המידע שלך לא משותף עם אף גורם, בשום מקרה, למעט:

• כאשר נדרש על פי חוק או צו בית משפט

• לצורך הגנה על בטיחות המשתמשים

5. כיצד לממש את זכויותיך

מכיוון שהנתונים שמורים על המכשיר ובענן  — רוב הפעולות זמינות ישירות באפליקציה:

✏️ עריכת פרטים אישיים — דרך פרופיל המשתמש

🗑️ מחיקת רשומות — עריכה ישירה בתוך האפליקציה

❌ מחיקת כל הנתונים — מחיקת החשבון מתוך האפליקציה

At Kal-Counter+AI, your privacy is our top priority. Your data is stored on your device and in a secure cloud for backup and cross-device sync  — giving you complete, immediate control at all times, directly from the App.

1. Personal Data Management

📌 As a user, you can at any time:

• View all personal information stored — through the App's settings

• Edit and update personal details, nutrition goals, and records

• Delete specific data — remove individual meals, weight logs, or activity records

• Delete all data — deleting your account removes all data from both your device and the cloud 

🔒 No need to contact anyone — your data is secured and protected .

2. No Analytics or Tracking

🔧 Unlike many other apps — Kal-Counter+AI does not collect usage data, does not track your actions, and transmits data only to Google Firebase for secure storage 

• ❌ No analytics tracking

• ❌ No targeted advertising

• ❌ No third-party data sharing

• ❌ No marketing communications without your consent

3. Authentication 

• The App supports sign-in via Google Account or email and password. Authentication is provided by Google LLC. Data is transmitted only to Google Firebase and is not shared with any other party. 

4. Data Sharing Controls

🔍 Simple and clear: your data is not shared with any party, under any circumstances, except:

• When required by law or court order

• To protect the safety of users

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

Since data is stored on your device and in the cloud , most actions are available directly in the App:

📊 View data — Through the App Settings

✏️ Edit personal details — Through the User Profile

🗑️ Delete specific records — Direct editing within the App

❌ Delete all data — Delete your account from within the App
