RichmondWORKS: A career center service. RichmondWORKS is dedicated to support Richmond residence in gaining and maintaining employment. They offer various supports including resume help and career counseling.
YouthWORKS: provides case managed services to youth ages 16 to 24 to get job and training opportunities.
Urban Tilth: hires and trains local residents to cultivate agriculture in West Contra Costa County to help the community build a more sustainable, healthy, and just food system.
