CAHT UDO Rewrite Public Forum

CAHT held its second public forum on September 20, 2025, at the Lyon Park Community and Recreation Center in Downtown Durham. The event was attended by a wide range of individuals from across Durham. The purpose of the event was to address the question: Will the proposed UDO Rewrite modifications increase housing availability and reduce housing costs in Durham, NC?
