Zeina Azzam

Zeina Azzam is a Palestinian American poet, writer, and editor and the poet laureate of Alexandria, Virginia, for 2022-25. Her book, Some Things Never Leave You, was released by Tiger Bark Press in 2023, and her chapbook, Bayna Bayna, In-Between, by The Poetry Box in 2021. Zeina’s poetry also appears in numerous webzines, journals, and anthologies. She has been nominated twice for a Pushcart Prize. www.zeinaazzam.com.


Debora Kuan

Debora Kuan is the author of three poetry collections, Women on the Moon, Lunch Portraits, and XING. Her writing has appeared in Time, The New Republic, Kenyon Review, Poetry, and The Iowa Review, among other publications. She has received residencies at Yaddo, Macdowell, and the Santa Fe Art Institute as well as a U.S. Fulbright fellowship to Taiwan. She has read at Brookline Booksmith, the CT Historical Society, Barrett Bookstore, Quinnipiac University, SUNY Potsdam, Westover School, the Athenaeum, Poets House, the Stonybrook Southampton MFA program, Ithaca College, and many other venues.
