One Dozen Large Eggs Beat till frothyOne 16 oz. Low-Fat Cottage CheeseOne Pk. 1 lb. bacon cut in half and Micro - Just till crisp2 small yellow onions or 1 med onion chopped1 Pk. shredded Swiss Cheese and 1 Pk. Cheddar Cheese (I guessed at 8oz packages.)
Saute onions in 1/3 stick of butter. In a bowl, beat eggs till frothy and add the cottage cheese. Crumble the bacon and combine all other ingredients. Add all of the combined mixture to a 9" X 13" baking dish. Place some of the cheese on the top.
Bake One Hour @ 350.
