Made for the Feb work trip & pizza party.
Cream together until smooth:
2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Pour into a Graham Cracker pie shell (I think I use the 8 or 9 inch crust) and bake in a 375F oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. NOTE: Now set oven at 425F
Blend until smooth:
1 c. sour cream
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
After the pie has cooled for 15 minutes, spread sour cream mixture over top. Bake in 425% oven for 10 minutes. Cool and chill overnight.
Can top with canned pie filling or strawberries when cold.
