Inspired by the many acts of courage and kindness in recent times? In a world battered by a pandemic, many heroes have emerged. But did you know that there is a group of heroes that has been there all along before this troubled period? Unacknowledged and unappreciated, caregivers are our Hidden Heroes who care for their loved ones tirelessly without ceasing.
They are heroes because they looked out not just themselves, but others as well.
Will you be a hero?
You too can look out for others in this campaign, and help each other in this race!
Find your 'kakis' and keep fit together (please practice safe distancing): arrange a time to exercise together, try video-calling, or even set team goals!
As you take part, remind each other to keep to the campaign objectives of raising 2,500 participants, $250,000 and 250 million steps.
