Climate Robust Land use

This C-toolbox is based on the learnings of 5 European projects (see below) which are dealing with peatland restoration by providing landowners and farmers alternative income sources without damaging the environment.

The C-toolbox is meant for landowners, farmers and experts who would like to maintain and use their peatlands in a climate friendly way. An important part of the toolbox focuses on new business and finance models allowing landowners and farmers to move away from a destructive land management strategy towards a more environmental friendly but still lucrative concept of land use. 

Moreover, for your inspiration the toolbox gives an overview of a number of important demo sites in NW Europe where climate robust land use has been applied and facilitates the interaction between farmers, experts, entrepreneurial and governmental organisations and NGO's.    

Note: In  addition to the other peat oriented projects the CConnects is of particular value for the business chain of paludicrops.
