Simple, yet effective. You won't see any fancy gear or gadgets. BYG Missoula relies on the basics of guided instruction and volume. Players will get ample repetitions and 1 on 1 instruction that will ensure progression.
BYG Missoula uses boxing/MMA style cardio training with our bag, mat, and gloves. Players will also get on the Airdyne bike and do interval training.
The Garage is where our free weights and balance drills get done.
Squat rack. Bench. Pull Up and Dip Stand.
Bosu Ball. Balance Pods. Balance Ball.
Dumbbells. Bags on Sticks w/ Bricks.
Speed and Agility training with ladders, box drills, and jump sequences.
All on-ice sessions will be held here.
When we want to mix it up, we go to The Hill and get in work.
