You should make your own travel arrangements. STFC and UK self-funded students may claim their travel costs back from STFC.
Participants are expected to arrive and check-in to their accommodation on Sunday, 18 August 2019 at Queen Margaret Residences, Glasgow. Check-in/registration will be available from 3pm onwards, supper will be provided at the University Catering facilities at the Fraser Buidling at 6pm followed by an informal get together. Accommodation for all participants who require it will be at Queen Margaret Residences, Glasgow in single rooms with en-suite bathrooms, only a short approx 20min walk (details can be found here) to the School venue.
All lectures and tutorials will take place within the Glasgow physics department, the Kelvin Building. The schedule and locations will be shown on the programme which is detailed here. Hard copies will also be available at registration on Sunday.
The School programme will finish on Friday, 30th August at lunchtime, and you should checkout from Queen Margaret Residences in the morning (please allow sufficient time to checkout).
