It looks like Michael is a very smart guy. Because according to his LinkedIn profile, he is still doing a BBA degree in Biola University (2017-2021).
In another word, he started doing online marketing while studying in high school? But where did he get the money to fund his ad spend? More importantly, it appears that he doesn’t have any self-owned eCom brands to promote on social media sites.
On the official website of Michael Wymore, he claims to have founded the education and consulting company Wymore Ventures LLC which is serving thousands of clients. But the company has not even been registered yet!
That’s why I say Michael is so smart because there are only three episodes of his podcasts on his company website, without any other resources.
According to Michael, he has 1700+ students, though his FB page only has 3,852 followers whereas his Instagram has 9,033 followers with 49 posts.
It seems that Michael is not so passionate about growing his social media followers though he positions himself as an expert in this field.
That said, he is quite talented in writing.
There is a free ebook called Ad Buying Secrets authored by him. I’ve spent some time reading it but found no valuable information. It’s more like an extended sales pitch.

It appears to me that Michael doesn’t really give you any unique hacks to find clients as everyone knows that you can send private messages on social media sites or find jobs on Upwork or Fiverr where numerous freelancers will be competing with you.

This is the final module which includes 12 lessons. It gives you a basic introduction to Facebook ads such as the campaign structure, how to set up ads, manage ad spend, techniques on sales copy, ad creatives and lookalike audiences.

I won’t say Michael Wymore is a scam. He’s a pretty smart 20 year old kid who is trying to become a successful entrepreneur.
As far as I know, most people don’t even have the courage to give it a try.
So what Michael is doing is impressive to me.
But when it comes to making money, running a FB ad agency is far more challenging than you think.
If you want to provide the service of managing Facebook ads, you have to compete with other well-established ad agencies to win over the trust of a company or business owner who is willing to pay you the money.
So you can’t really expect to have any clients as soon as you have graduated from Michael’s school with a certificate of Media Buyer Blueprint.
There is a good chance that your talent for running ads might be buried.
I’d say this course is most suitable for someone who already owns a brand to promote on Facebook; otherwise it’s just too good to be true.
The learning curve of Facebook ads is steep.
What you might not realise is that FB changes its algorithm all the time without any prior notice. So the ads could have performed well for some days but suddenly lose money on another day. When that happens, you need to do testing again in order to get back on track. In the meantime, you’ll blow off a lot of money from your client, further eating away your hard-earned commission.
Worse still, FB’s ad policy is extremely difficult to understand. For example, their system always makes mistakes and disables your account without any valid reason. Even if you succeed in appealing against the decision, you would have to invest more money and go through the algorithm learning process again.
Therefore, many eCom store owners couldn’t even cover their FB ad cost after doing so many things.
When you fail to help your clients make money with Facebook ads, how can you expect them to pay for your service?
