Lexington County Sheriff's Department

We are a full-service internationally accredited law enforcement agency. We offer an explorer program which is associated with the Boy Scouts of America which allows young men and women ages 14 to 20 an opportunity to learn about law enforcement. Law Enforcement Explorers receive training in criminal law, police procedures, emergency vehicle operations, defensive tactics and firearms.
