Many people assume that the night of the competition is the most difficult step, but it isn't. All of the hard work has been done, all that is left is to run through the steps and make sure that the competition goes smoothly.

Additional Guidance
Use an online event program; Create a QR code for it, and show it on the opening slide of the presentation so the audience can access it as they’re getting settled. Allows for last minute changes and saves paper and the logistics of handing out a physical program.
Create an online voting form for the People’s Choice award; put the link to it in the online program
Create an online voting form for the judges; text them the link before the event during a huddle where you review their role and process
Create bumper slides for the master deck

Prepare other presentation logistics;
· Use a bell to let teams know when time is up
