Club Rules and By-Laws

‘Club Rules’ is the permanent document which can only be changed by special resolution. Any changes then have to be registered with the Office of Fair Trading.

‘By-Laws’ is the dynamic document for internal administration which can be changed easily and as often as necessary, either by a majority of BOSQ Members present at a general meeting or, in the case of minor changes, by the Management Committee (MC)
