Joining the Burwalls community presents an excellent opportunity to network with fellow educators in applied statistics within Higher Education. Our annual meeting serves as a valuable platform to exchange ideas with peers, explore the work of other statistics groups, and build meaningful connections and friends in the field. 

The Burwalls annual meeting is an informal gathering designed to inspire and support those teaching statistics and evidence-based medicine, dentistry, nursing, veterinary science, or health to students and professionals in medicine, health, and social care. Aimed at educators within Higher Education, the NHS, and similar institutions, the meeting provides valuable resources and insights to enhance teaching in these fields.

The next annual meeting of Burwalls will be hosted by the School of Life & Health Sciences at Aston University.
