Drop Tower
The Drop Tower was Burrill Park’s straight‑up, straight‑down scream machine. Riders strapped into seats around a tall tower, slowly rose into the sky, and had just enough time to see the whole park before everything dropped.
The ride lifted you to the top with a smooth climb, hanging you there for a second while you wondered when it would fall. Then, without warning, the tower released and you dropped at high speed toward the ground, stomach in your throat, wind in your face, and everyone yelling all the way down.
As the ride slowed near the bottom, brakes kicked in and the seats bounced gently a few times before coming to a full stop. From the ground, you saw riders launch up, pause, and free‑fall again and again, making the Drop Tower one of the loudest, most intense spots in the park.
Perfect for thrill‑seekers and anyone who loved that “heart‑drop” feeling, the Drop Tower was a must‑ride if you wanted to say you did all the biggest attractions at Burrill Park.
