If you are going to start your day at Burger King with breakfast, there are a few choices you can choose from, and you should choose a few.
Your Croissan' Wich Egg & Cheese sandwich would be the perfect choice for this meal, as this one will provide you with just 310 calories, 16 grams of fat, and 12 grams of protein. For a breakfast meal, this is a decent amount; a little higher in fat than what would be ideal, but it will not ruin your day entirely either.
The BK Breakfast Shots 2 Pack-Ham and Cheese is a second choice you can go for if you would still like anything lower in calories. With 270 calories, 16 grams of fat, and 13 grams of protein, you can get this one. It's protein to calorie content, all considered is pretty healthy.
