This unit map follows the NC Standards of World History. It is divided into six lessons, intended to be taught over a 10-day period. The unit focuses on the types of government evident throughout ancient civilizations in the Mediterranean, including Egypt, Greece, and Rome. Each lesson has an essential question that points back to the main unit objective.
