Teams of volunteers will canvass Durham on the night of January 25, 2017 to "Count" men, women, and children residing unsheltered on the streets, under highway bridges, and in encampments within the Durham Community. On January 26, 2017 we will work to "Connect" the people we identify on the prior evening, to needed housing and services. To assist our homeless neighbors with frequently needed items, as part of the process, we would like to provide a care package to each of them. We need your help in making that happen.
