Edit Revit Parameters in Excel with Dynamo

There are several Add-Ins out there which allow you to use Excel to update parameters in Revit via Exporting / Importing, most of which are paid Add-Ins such as Ideate BIMLink, or available through re-seller subscriptions, such as the Graitec Revit PowerPack.

I've also trialed the free Export-Import Excel app by BIMOne, but with very limited success.

Here's Dynamo making this possible without forking out for extra Add-Ins:
