Connection 

Every Tuesday from September to June students from SD71 and The Berwick is a heartwarming collaboration between Brooklyn Elementary School and The Berwick in Comox. Each visit brings together students and seniors to share in creative arts and crafts activities, storytelling, and laughter. These intergenerational experiences give children the opportunity to learn from the wisdom and life stories of older adults, while residents enjoy the energy, curiosity, and joy the children bring. Together, they build meaningful connections that strengthen community bonds and foster understanding across generations.
