According to the structure of a Rover Unit, Rover Scout Leader will be Head of the unit. He's the trainer, adviser and mentor of the unit. A Rover Unit can have several patrols. Accordingly BUET Rover Scout Group has 4 patrols. The Rover Mates (RM) act as the leader of the patrols. In absence of RM, Assistant Rover Mate (ARM) will lead the patrol. Among the ARM's one will be the SRM (Senior Rover Mate: Representatives of the RMs) and another will be ASRM (Assistant Senior Rover Mate: Act as SRM in absence of SRM).
