See What They Have To Say
Here's what parents and students are saying about BuddyTutor lessons
Triet accompanied Nhien through 10 lessons by gradually guiding her in reading and analyzing two books, Outliers and The Teenage Brain. Through 10 class sessions, Triet guided Nhien on how to read, understand, take notes, and at the same time practice critical thinking based on the topics selected in the book's content. Triet helps Nhien approach reading and stimulate analytical thinking in the manner and language of a peer. This is something I find interesting, because at the same age, Triet will have a suitable approach with my daughter and the children will easily be able to tune in to each other and talk to each other in the same "language" - it's more unique than studying with an older person.
I felt Triet's positive energy, excitement, and enthusiasm during the hours of discussions with Nhien, which fueled and motivated Nhien's efforts. Positive energy is a very important factor.
Another thing that impressed me was Triet's professionalism and discipline through summary emails after the lesson, reminder emails before the lesson, and his diligent correction of each article. Everything is done meticulously, regularly and professionally. Thank you very much, Triet, for this interesting and very good idea, and for your patience through each lesson, throughout the course. Thanks to that, Nhien was inspired to read books, and not just reading but reading with analytical and critical thinking. That's what I always want to train my children to do, to spend time reading books instead of surfing the web or on the phone.

I want to thank you for all the effort you have made with Ben. I hope that in the future he will improve and change more by learning from Triet. I really admire and appreciate your professional and serious way of working. If only Ben could stay close, play, and study with you, it would be much more effective. Once again, thank you very much for helping Ben take his first steps in this marvellous journey.
