Makeup policy

We are fully aware of sudden changes in your schedule, and we'll do all we can to help you with this. If you are suddenly busy on the day of the class, contact us at least 24 hours before the session starts and we'll send you a refund or reschedule the lesson. However, if something unexpected happens, like if you or your child are sick, call or send us an email and we will definitely reschedule a class for your child.
