About Us

Hi, I'm Triet, aged 12.

I'm the founder of BuddyTutor, a business designed to help kids in their academic journey.

From a young age, I taught my sister and guided her with schoolwork. I had great fun teaching her new concepts, and telling her about how to do it.

I've loved playing with kids. From my young cousin to Kindergarten buddies,  it brings me joy to play and teach them about things. They're all so cute!

In my primary years, I have:

• Earned three scholarships in 2023 to prestigious private high schools like Trinity Grammar, St Andrews Cathedral School, and Emanuel School worth over $400,000 in total 

• Received two scholarships to Masada College and Emanuel School for Opportunity Classes worth over $100,000 combined in 2021

• Been awarded the Academic Award in Year 6 2023

• Achieved the Enrichment Trophy and Frank Marjason Memorial Award for the best student of Year 4 2021 and Year 5 2022 in Drummoyne Public School

• Been crowned the Spelling Bee Champion of Drummoyne Public School for three years in a row in 2021 to 2023

• Achieved a perfect score on the BEBRAS Computational Thinking Skills Challenge and scored in the top 0.5% out of 55,000 people in Round 2 2023

• Participated in the School Debating Team, which came second in the region in 2023

• Gotten above Band 8 in all NAPLAN tests in Year 5 2022

• Been in the top 10% of the Maths Olympiad competition for two years in 2022-2023

Now, in my late years of childhood, I would like to teach everything I know to young kids around me, and bring joy to children around the neighbourhood.
