B.T.R.C. Art School Policy

Dear Families,

Thank you for being part of our creative community! To help our students succeed and keep our programs running smoothly, please review our updated policies:

1. Tuition & Enrollment

• Monthly Payment: Tuition must be paid in full before the first class of each month.

• Refunds: All tuition fees are non-refundable as they cover instructor time and materials.

2. Attendance & Make-Ups

Consistency is vital for artistic growth. To respect our teachers' preparation, we follow these rules:

• 24-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

• Late Cancellations: If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be charged in full.

• Make-Up Classes: Make-up sessions are available by appointment only. Please get in touch with the Director to check availability.

3. Weather & Emergency Cancellations

If a class is canceled by B.T.R.C. due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, families will be offered one of the following (depending on the situation):

• A scheduled make-up session.

• A tuition credit is applied to the following month.

• A prorated refund.

We see the most progress when students attend consistently. Our staff puts a lot of heart into researching and preparing each lesson, and we thank you for supporting their efforts!
