Creative Art 

1 . Painting  & Drawing Class 

Our Painting and Drawing classes are designed to help students build a strong foundation in visual art while exploring their creativity with confidence.

In painting, students learn a variety of techniques using different mediums such as watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media. They are guided step by step to understand how to use brushes, mix colors, create texture, and express ideas through painting.

In drawing, the focus is on developing essential skills such as line, shape, value, shading, and composition. Students practice observing and translating what they see onto paper, gradually improving their accuracy and artistic expression.

2. Art and Crafts

Our Art and Crafts sessions are designed to spark imagination through hands-on creation and tactile exploration. This class encourages students to think outside the box by transforming everyday materials into unique works of art.

Students will explore a diverse range of techniques and projects, including:

• Sculpture & 3D Design: Working with clay, wire, and recycled materials to build form and structure.

• Mixed Media: Combining different textures, papers, and fabrics to create layered, expressive compositions.

• Seasonal Projects: Engaging in specialized crafts that celebrate holidays and cultural traditions throughout the year.

• Functional Art: Creating beautiful items for everyday use, such as custom stationery, decorative home pieces, and textile arts.

3 . Digital Art classes 

Our Digital Art classes introduce students to modern artistic tools while building strong foundational skills used in today’s creative industries.

Students learn how to create artwork using digital platforms such as Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Through guided instruction, they become familiar with digital tools including brushes, layers, selections, and color controls.

The class focuses on essential techniques such as:

• Layering & Composition – organizing artwork and building complex images step by step

• Digital Painting – understanding brush settings, blending, and texture creation

• Shading & Lighting – applying value and light to create depth and realism

• Color Theory – using digital palettes, gradients, and color harmony

• Line Art & Illustration – developing clean, expressive lines for character and design work

Students also explore creative projects such as character design, illustration, and digital storytelling, allowing them to apply both technical skills and imagination.

Our program emphasizes both traditional art principles and modern digital techniques, helping students build a well-rounded artistic foundation for future creative paths.

Studio Information

• Ages: 7 – Adult (Instruction is tailored to each student’s level).

• Schedule: By Appointment Only. We offer individual mentorship or small group sessions (2–4 students).

• Exhibition: All students are invited to participate in our Annual Art Show at the Bay Terrace Recreational Center.
