We are all systems go the 2026 BST Adventure. Following a sell out in 2025 we are once again we are calling on volunteers to help make another successful event.
We welcomed a record number of young people in 2025 and we hope to see everyone back again for 2026. We will once again be open to Cubs, Scouts and Explorers and hope to break some more records.
What a day the BST Adventure 2025 was.
For first time, in 23 years, the BST Adventure was a wet day. However 37 teams were undetered and put on their waterproofs to enjoy the extra challenge.
The BST Adventure is a navigation and hill walking competition for Cub, Scout and Explorer Scouts from Greater Manchester West Scouts.
Cubs have a set route to navigate with their leaders whilst Scout and Explorer teams are given 4 hours 15 minutes to navigate a route between 6 mandatory checkpoints picking up points on the way with additional points available at optional checkpoints.
