25th Adventure Celebrations

In 2027 the BST Adventure will be celebrating its 25th edition. To celebrate this we would like to make it a special event. 

We are proposing running the event as normal but following this with a camp including food and entertainment and a special competition on Sunday pitting teams against leaders.

To facilitate this event we are looking to recruit some help to take a central role in organising what will be a special occasion.

Could you be part of the campsite team? - 

• Liaise with campsite for bookings,

  • Oversee teams arriving at the campsite,

  • Organise evening entertainment

Or could you like to be part of the catering team?

• Oversee catering for all participants, helpers and other guests of the event.

• Includes evening meal, breakfast, lunch, supper and drinks.
