Arriving at the venue:

If you are walking to the venue, we recommend you search for 'University of Exeter Queen's Building' on Google Maps or similar.

It is possible to take a bus to the University campus, however you will typically have to walk 5-15mins from bus stop to the venue. Your best option coming from the city centre is the UNI bus, getting off the bus at the stop 'Knightley', approximately a 5min uphill walk. You can purchase tickets directly on the bus and find more information here.

You may wish to take a taxi, which you can book for example with 'Apple Taxis' by calling 01392 666 666 or booking here. For mobility considerations especially, we recommend requesting to be taken directly to the Queen's Building via Queen's Drive - from the curb there you have step-free access to the building.

Generally, we would recommend the Rougemont Mecure on Queen Street for people to stay.  We have some corporate rates with hotels in Exeter (Travel | Finance Services | University of Exeter) and if people are attending a University event they are able to book on the rate by contacting the hotel directly.
