As an SIC, you are in charge of the following:

• • Before the Event

    • Discuss your event plan at PLC/troop meetings and solicit suggestion and feedback:

      • Where (locations)

      • When (dates)

      • What (logistics - equipment, foods)

      • How (transportation)

    • Promote the event at troop meetings

    • Work with AIC to register/book to event, if needed

    • Collect headcounts:

      • Create google form (optional but encouraged) for scouts to sign up

      • Collect headcounts at troop meetings

      • Feedback headcounts to AIC

  • During the Event

    • Monitor scouts headcounts during events

    • Safety checks

    • Leave no trace - Clean up

    • Scout Own - SM minutes, Reflections
